Two restaurants, located in the heart of Brisbane City & Fortitude Valley, currently have a great opportunity for School Based apprentices to join their team as an apprentice Cook.

As an apprentice you will use food preparation equipment, produce dishes using methods of cookery, use hygienic practices for food safety and help to plan and design basic menus. 

You will also work towards completing a national recognised qualification in Certificate III Commercial Cookery.

To be considered for this position you must be still attending secondary schooling, be willing to learn, have a genuine passion for the food industry, be committed and reliable.
